corporate account?
#1
Hi everyone,
has anyone recently opened a corporate account for a small or medium-sized business and can share how the process went?
I’m mainly interested in how long the verification usually takes, which documents are required and whether directors or shareholders also have to complete separate checks.
I’ve seen providers like Walletto offering online corporate account opening, but I’d like to compare a few options before deciding.
What should I pay attention to regarding monthly fees, SEPA payments, international transfers and account limits?
Also, are there any common reasons why business account applications get delayed or rejected?
Would be great to hear some real experiences.

For a business account, I’d mainly compare verification requirements, fees, transfer limits and how easy it is to reach support if something gets blocked.
With online providers, directors and beneficial owners usually need to complete identity checks, and you may also be asked for company registration documents, ownership details and information about expected transaction volumes.
For corporate account opening, I’d check the required documents in advance so the process doesn’t get delayed.
I’d also compare SEPA fees, international transfer costs and currency conversion charges before choosing a provider.
