WHAT IS A TURBOCHARGER AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
turbocharger is a device fitted to a vehicle's engine that is designed to improve the overall efficiency and increase performance. This is the reason why many auto manufacturers are choosing to turbocharge their vehicles. The new Chevrolet Trax and Equinox are both offered with turbocharged engines and as time goes on, more and more vehicles will be fitted with them. Obviously,, different brands of vehicles need different kinds of turbocharger to fit, for example, there are Turbocharger for AudiTurbocharger for SeatTurbocharger for SkodaTurbocharger for VolkswagenTurbocharger for BMWTurbocharger for Mercedes-BenzTurbocharger for ToyotaTurbocharger for VolvoTurbocharger for Hyundai, etc.

How does it work?
A turbo is made up of two halves joined together by a shaft. On one side, hot exhaust gasses spin the turbine that is connected to another turbine which sucks air in and compresses it into the engine. This compression is what gives the engine the extra power and efficiency because as more air can go in the combustion chamber, more fuel can be added for more power.

Advantages
In addition to the extra power, turbochargers are sometimes referred to as devices that offer "ree power" because unlike a supercharger, it does not require the engine's power to drive it. The hot and expanding gasses coming out of the engine are what power a turbocharger so there is no drain of the engine's net power. Turbocharged engines are also not affected in the same way as naturally aspirated engines are when they go at higher altitudes. The higher in altitude a naturally aspirated engine climbs, the harder it becomes for it to get oxygen due to the thinning atmosphere. A turbocharger gets around this problem because it forces the oxygen into the engine's combustion chamber, sometimes at 2 times the pressure of the atmosphere.

Turbochargers also improve the fuel efficiency of a vehicle however there is a misconception when it comes to turbocharged vehicles and fuel efficiency. Taking a naturally aspirated engine and slapping on a turbocharger on it will not improve fuel efficiency. The way that manufacturers improve fuel efficiency though turbocharging is by down-sizing an engine and then turbocharging it. For example, take a 2.5L inline-4 cylinder naturally aspirated engine and decrease the displacement to 1.4L and then turbocharger it. The smaller, turbocharged engine would still have the same performance figures (or slightly better) but because of the smaller displacement, it would also use less fuel.

Disadvantages
Turbochargers have 2 main disadvantages when compared to a naturally aspirated or supercharged engine. Firstly is heat. Because a turbo is powered by hot exhaust gasses, it gets very hot. Sometimes under certain engine conditions, the turbocharger itself could start glowing red but of course this doesn't happen in everyday driving conditions; it happens when the engine is pushed to its limits for a continuous amount of time. This is why you see some turbocharged sports cars with vents in the hood or down the side, it's to try to get air moving through the engine bay and keep things cool.

The other big disadvantage of a turbocharger is something called turbo lag. Under certain conditions, whenever you put your foot down on the throttle, there is a delay between the time you demand power from the engine and the moment you actually start to feel it. That is turbo lag. When the engine's speed is low, there isn't a lot of exhaust gasses passing through the turbocharger so when you do demand power from the engine, the turbocharger turbine needs time to start spinning at an optimal speed. The effects of this can be reduced by downshifting to a lower gear but keen drivers can still sometimes notice the split delay in response.

So the next time you're in a GM showroom, don't overlook the turbocharged vehicles. They offer the same or more power as V6 or sometimes even V8 counterparts and they usually have better fuel economy due to the smaller displacement engine and less weight.

A thermos is referred to as a small appliance designed for keeping hot things hot and cold things cold for quite a reasonable period of time. Thermos vacuum flask is useful for those who travel a lot as they can use it to keep some coffee or other food items. A Vacuum Thermos Flask has very good capacity to hold very cold liquids such as liquid nitrogen for a substantial length of time. Except vacuum flask, there are other types of thermos, such as Stainless Steel Vacuum BottleStainless Steel Cola BottleStainless Steel Vacuum FlaskStainless Steel Vacuum Space PotVacuum PotStainless Steel MugStainless Steel Vacuum Mug, etc.

How Thermos Work
A thermos doesn't give heat room for heat transfer by any of the three ways including convection, conduction, and radiation, which heat can travel. It is the silver coating located on the internal surface of the thermos that puts a stop to heat transfer by radiation, while the vacuum connecting its double wall avoids heat moving by convection. The thinness of the glass walls prevents heat from leaving or entering the thermos by conduction. Furthermore, the casing surrounding the thermos flask offers added insulation. What about radiation?

As soon as infrared radiation makes an effort to disappear from the hot liquid, the reflective lining of the inner chamber returns it back in again instantly. As a matter of fact, there is practically no way heat can break out from a thermos and a hot drink stored inside will remain steaming hot for several hours.

Thermos used extensively in technology, medicine, and science for storing food and drink. Since thermos is the way to transport samples of human tissue, insulin, and donor organs, it is the extremely advantageous in medicine. On the other hand, it is advantageous in aircraft instrumentation and also as an equipment to observe the weather. Thermos is notable among office workers, nursing mothers, travelers and many other people. Discussed here are some other advantages associated with using thermos.

Preservation of hot food Items – Thermos is very useful for keeping tea or coffee hot in winters. It is used to savor the original taste of your food item, tea or coffee. Thermos is insulated and can be of great help any time any day.

Keeping Cold Water Cold
Thermos is not only used to keep things hot, it is also used to keep cold thing cold for hours. Consequently, in a hot weather condition, thermos is the perfect choice to keep your cold drinks cold all day long. Irrespective of wherever you are going, you can use a thermos to carry your food along. You can use thermos to pack your children's lunch, or your own launch to the office. Whatever you pack in the thermos will remain hot and fresh for several hours because it makes use of a doubled layered, vacuum insulation design that offers extraordinary temperature retention. No matter the kind of food you stored in the thermos and the time you wish to enjoy the food, it remains fresh and tasty.

There has been an explosion in hydration technology over the last decade, resulting in ever more advanced vessels from which to consume our favorite beverages. Vacuum Bottles are the pinnacle product in the personal-hydration market, even becoming a minor status symbol in some cases. They keep liquids hot or cold, don't sweat from condensation, and won't transfer heat or cold to your hand. Double-walled water bottles aren't cheap, but their advantages outweigh the nominal increase in cost. Here are three additional reasons to consider one as your next water bottle.

Non-Toxic
The industrial chemical bisphenol A. (BPA) has been used to make plastic products of all kinds since the 1960s. Ever since the dangers of BPAs became widely understood, water bottle manufacturers have moved away from plastics containing BPA and towards other materials, including glass and steel. Vacuum insulated water bottles made of 18/8 food-grade stainless steel strike the best balance between toxin-free construction and durability.

Multiple lids
If you are going to pay a premium price for something as mundane as a water bottle, you might as well get the most versatile one possible. Look for a bottle sold with two lids. One should be a leak-free, airtight top for maximum thermal retention, and the other should incorporate a folding straw meant for quick sips when hiking, riding, climbing, or paddling.

No Flavor Transfer
In addition to keeping your beverage either hot or cold, a vacuum insulated water bottle made of stainless steel eliminates the transfer of flavor from one beverage to another. Your juice will taste like juice, your soda will taste soda, and water will taste like water.

Dyeing machine operators are industrial workers who operate and maintain the machinery used to add color to commercial goods. Dyeing machines are used heavily in the advertising, fashion design, and textile manufacturing industries, although this is far from an exhaustive list.

What does a Dyeing Machine Operator do?
A dyeing machine operator performs many tasks relating to coloring cloth, yarn, plastic, glass or paper. Their specific tasks may include cutting fabric, washing it, bleaching or distressing it, and dyeing it.

Many dyeing machine operators are also responsible for preparing dye mixes according to established formulae, and are frequently called upon to develop new color formulations and to perfectly replicate colors by sight. Most commercial dye work uses the Pantone color system, which assigns a code to each of several thousand colors. Dyeing machine operators are skilled at replicating the Pantone colors, even if they do not have access to the standard primary color dyes produced for this purpose by Pantone itself.

Because the weave and texture of fabric affects the way it holds color, a dying machine operator may also need to alter color formulas so that diverse fabrics will display precisely identical colors. Delicate fabrics require special handling — for the most fragile textiles, the dying machine operator may have to modify the washing, drying and dyeing procedure so it doesn't ruin the fabric.

Many pieces of equipment used by dying machine operators are large, complex and possibly dangerous to distracted workers. To keep this equipment functioning optimally, the dyeing machine operator may have to perform on-the-spot inspections and repairs so as not to remove that machine from the production cycle.

Operators usually have to maintain logs and report any defects or problems with the machinery to their supervisors or the technical support staff, if there is one. They must be intimately familiar with workplace safety regulations and follow the safety guidelines meticulously; they must also report violations to their superiors.

Are you suited to be a dyeing machine operator?
Dyeing machine operators have distinct personalities. They tend to be realistic individuals, which means they’re independent, stable, persistent, genuine, practical, and thrifty. They like tasks that are tactile, physical, athletic, or mechanical. Some of them are also conventional, meaning they’re conscientious and conservative.

What is the workplace of a Dyeing Machine Operator like?
Dyeing machine operators often work in large, noisy industrial environments where they are required to stand for hours at a time.

Working with dyes, detergents and other potent chemicals may present a respiratory hazard, so many workers are made to wear masks, filters or ventilator equipment while on the job. Dye machines are extremely expensive and generally not used in small or home-grown textile companies. Individuals with dyeing machine experience, however, may find work with small companies that dye fabric by hand. An operator who has thorough knowledge of the pertinent chemicals is a valuable asset to any firm or startup venture that deals with colorants.

All dyeing machine operators must wear safety goggles, heavy gloves and clothing without loose, dangling parts; long hair must be pulled back, and necklaces, bracelets and large hoop earrings are forbidden because they can easily become entangled with quickly moving machine parts, resulting in injuries or death.

Dyeing machine operators often have to work strange hours, such as a shift from 10pm to 5am; this is most likely in retail companies with limited space. During the day, the bulk of the open spaces are dedicated to sales and service; furthermore, many dyeing machines are quite loud and would interfere with customers' conversations. Despite the long shifts and exposure to harsh chemicals, many are attracted to this line of work because overtime is extremely rare, and machine operators are not expected to be "on call" at all times.

Also, there are many different types of machine that a Dyeing Machine Operator should know more about, such as Textile Dyeing MachineFabric Dyeing MachineFiber Dyeing MachineYarn Dyeing MachineBeam Dyeing MachineRinsing Washing MachineJigger Dyeing MachineSample Dyeing MachinePrinting Machine and Beam Cloth Rolling Machine.

Soap is a salt of a fatty acid used in a variety of cleansing and lubricating products. In a domestic setting, soaps are surfactants usually used for washing, bathing, and other types of housekeeping. In industrial settings, soaps are used as thickeners, components of some lubricants, and precursors to catalysts. When used for cleaning, soap solubilizes particles and grime, which can then be separated from the article being cleaned. In hand washing, as a surfactant, when lathered with a little water, soap kills microorganisms by disorganizing their membrane lipid bilayer and denaturing their proteins. It also emulsifies oils, enabling them to be carried away by running water.

Soaps are sodium or potassium fatty acids salts, produced from the hydrolysis of fats in a chemical reaction called saponification. Each soap molecule has a long hydrocarbon chain, sometimes called its 'tail', with a carboxylate 'head'. In water, the sodium or potassium ions float free, leaving a negatively-charged head.

How Soap Cleans
Soap is an excellent cleanser because of its ability to act as an emulsifying agent. An emulsifier is capable of dispersing one liquid into another immiscible liquid. This means that while oil (which attracts dirt) doesn't naturally mix with water, soap can suspend oil/dirt in such a way that it can be removed.

The organic part of natural soap is a negatively-charged, polar molecule. Its hydrophilic (water-loving) carboxylate group (-CO2) interacts with water molecules via ion-dipole interactions and hydrogen bonding. The hydrophobic (water-fearing) part of a soap molecule, its long, nonpolar hydrocarbon chain, does not interact with water molecules. The hydrocarbon chains are attracted to each other by dispersion forces and cluster together, forming structures called micelles. In these micelles, the carboxylate groups form a negatively-charged spherical surface, with the hydrocarbon chains inside the sphere. Because they are negatively charged, soap micelles repel each other and remain dispersed in water.

Grease and oil are nonpolar and insoluble in water. When soap and soiling oils are mixed, the nonpolar hydrocarbon portion of the micelles break up the nonpolar oil molecules. A different type of micelle then forms, with nonpolar soiling molecules in the center. Thus, grease and oil and the 'dirt' attached to them are caught inside the micelle and can be rinsed away.

The Disadvantage of Soap
Although soaps are excellent cleansers, they do have disadvantages. As salts of weak acids, they are converted by mineral acids into free fatty acids. These fatty acids are less soluble than the sodium or potassium salts and form a precipitate or soap scum. Because of this, soaps are ineffective in acidic water. Also, soaps form insoluble salts in hard water, such as water containing magnesium, calcium, or iron. mThe insoluble salts form bathtub rings, leave films that reduce hair luster, and gray/roughen textiles after repeated washings.

Soap can be a nice parnter for body cleaning, and it is mainly used as a Bath Soap or a Laundry Soap. For our skin, Handmade Soap is much milder and more suitable. Don't forget to prepare a Box Case for it. Also, for body cleaning, you win't miss a great Toothpaste, facial cleanser and our Body Butter and face cream. For babies, you may perpare the special cream and cleanser designed for babies and the Diapers.

You may have heard about a Hot Melt Glue Gun. For those who don't know, these are devices that are used to disperse hot melted adhesives to stick two or more metal parts together. Talking about the hot melts, they are tubular-structured sticks made of thermoplastic. Originally, they were created as an enhanced version of water-based adhesives. They can be used for a large number of materials and projects. From delicate clothes to dense wood, a hot glue gun can stick anything with ease. The following are the various uses of a Hot Melt Glue Gun with Switch.

Depending on the design of your gun, the hot melt is pushed inside the back part of your gun with a trigger. Inside the back part, the glue stick starts melting. Also, there are valves in the front opening of your gun that prevents the glue from spilling out. There are a lot of newer models that provide you with a transparent view of the glue. Therefore, with such models, you can determine if an adequate amount of glue is melted or not. In general, the melting process can take anywhere around two to five minutes.

BENEFITS OF HOT GLUE
Hot melt glue sticks has a number of unique advantages over other types of adhesives:

Hot plastic glue gun with Hot Melt Glue Sticks has long shelf life. Little or no environmental precautions are needed for disposal. Also, it wiill cause no volatile organic compounds and can reach the effect of rapid drying and curing. It has no loss of thickness during curing, so applicators are simple and low-cost. It can accepts color additives to match the materials being bonded. Depending on the specific formulation, hot glue can set quickly or the set time can be extended to allow exact positioning of parts when assembled.

Glues with reactive agents allow additional curing and bond strength through the use of moisture or UV radiation. Many hot glue formulas exceed the bonding strength of epoxy.

ADHESIVE CONDITIONS UNSUITABLE FOR HOT GLUE
Though other adhesives cannot match its versatility, hot glue is not the best solution for all bonding situations:

The high melting temperature may damage delicate materials.
Some formulas cannot withstand certain solvents.
Take care to avoid burns from melted glue, which can rest at temperatures well above that of boiling water.

However, glue application equipment puts the glue only where it is needed and the glue quickly cools, so attentive workmanship should be protection enough.

In industry, workshops or the home, hot melt adhesives and commercial rubber adhesives provide the most versatile and convenient solution for most applications. For example, it is also widely used for Booster Cable and Car Dent Repair Kit. New polymers, formulations and specialized application equipment are still being produced, which guarantee that hot melt adhesive will continue to find new, innovative applications in the future.

Some wear only one jacket all winter. Others alternate between 2 or 3 jackets. It's important to consider the temperature (obviously) and what you intend to do with your ski jacket. For example, for an intense day of cross-country skiing, even if it's -20°C, you'll opt for a thin windproof coat. On the other hand, we'll usually prefer a long, thick and well-insulated jacket for an evening stroll in the city.

WHAT KIND OF WINTER JACKET DO YOU NEED?
Winter jacket can be devided into many kinds for different people or functions, such as Girls Winter JacketsBoys Winter JacketsMens Winter JacketsLadies Winter Jackets, etc. There are three main types of winter jackets. To find the right one for you, think about the activities you plan on doing. Do you need a jacket for walking around town and going to work, or are you looking for something to wear in the backcountry?

Technical jackets are the best choice for those looking for lightweight warmth that allows for full range of movement when engaging in outdoor activities. These jackets that are suitable not only for cold weather, but for various activities like skiing, ice climbing and mountaineering.

These jackets will include more technical features like helmet-compatible hoods and pit-zips to increase airflow during high-intensity activities. Generally, technical jackets are more lightweight than casual around-town winter jackets, and will be more compressible and packable. Most technical jackets made for intense winter pursuits will feature a 3-layer (3L) construction. This term is most often associated with membranes like GORE-TEX that use a layering system to create durable waterproof shells, perfect for wearing on top when layering. More layers can sometimes mean more weight, so some technical jackets will be designed to reduce bulk and weight while maintaining total weather protection.

Some coats are warm coats that are chic enough for the office, happy hour or a shopping trip downtown. These coats will be a bit longer and have features designed for added comfort like a larger hood - sometimes trimmed with fur - and lined pockets. Here, technical details are not particularly necessary because the winter coat will not be used for high intensity activities. Instead, the most crucial element when it comes to urban coats is thermal capacity.

Some jackets look just as good in the city as they do on the slopes! They combine attractive style and functionality, with a number of technical details and a well thought-out design. Some offer, among other things, models designed for long days in the mountains, but that are warm enough for days spent in the city.

In general, the jackets in this category will be waterproof and protect you well from difficult weather, while being sufficiently insulated. Another interesting detail is that it's often possible to get a quality jacket at a reasonable price. In addition, it's often a jacket that can be worn all winter long because of its versatility.

POCKETS ARE PRACTICAL
Pockets are an essential part of our winter jacket. Having secure and utilitarian pockets allows your coat to be functional and organized. Look for a jacket with an internal pocket that's compatible with an audio cable so you can move around while listening to the latest hits. This pocket can also hold your important cards if your wallet is too big to keep up with you on the slopes. For those looking for a technical winter jacket for mountaineering or backcountry skiing, check the location of the pockets and their depth. Pockets that are easily accessible and large enough can make all the difference.

For clothes for other seasons like normal jacket and pants, there are also some differents design or function. For example, there are obvious special design for differnt people in clothes like Kids JacketsGirls JacketsBoys JacketsGirls PantsBoys Pants and so on.

Evaporator is an important component together with other major components in a refrigeration system such as compressor, condenser and expansion device. The reason for refrigeration is to remove heat from air, water or other substance. It is here that the liquid refrigerant is expanded and evaporated. It acts as a heat exchanger that transfers heat from the substance being cooled to a boiling temperature.

Evaporator Construction Types
There are three types of Cooler Evaporator. construction that are commonly being used today:
Shell and Tube Type Evaporator and Plate Surface construction have the entire surface in contact with the evaporating refrigerant inside. Finned construction are bare-tube coils upon which fins(metal plates usually Aluminium) are being installed. A more detailed discussion on this type of design will be provided here.

Finned Evap.
The fins are added to the bare-tube to increase the heat transfer capability. They act as heat collector that pick up heat from the surrounding air and conduct it to the refrigerant inside the tube hence improving the efficiency in cooling the air of the surrounding. They are best used in the air-cooling space where the temperature is around 34°F. Having fins mean the surface area for heat transfer has been extended. This means that the finned coils can have more compact in design compared to the bare-tube type of similar capacity. In summary, finned coils help to reduce coil cost, size and weight.

Thermal Contact and Fin Spacing
Good thermal contact between the fins and tubes is a must to ensure efficient heat transfer. They can be soldered together. The other more practical method is to expand the fins by pressure such that they bite into the tube surface hence a good thermal contact is established. The spacing of the fin depend on the operating temperature of the coil. Low temperature application uses only 1 fin. In air conditioning application, 14-16 fins per inch may be used as long it is designed in such a way that frost does not accumulates in the coils.Excessive finning may reduce the capacity of the evap. by restricting the flow of air over the coil hence the design engineers must do a proper system calculation and simulation at design stage.

Another essential part for a cooling system is a Condenser. In a cooling cycle of a refrigeration system, heat is absorbed by the vapor refrigerant in the evaporator followed by the compression of the refrigerant by the compressor. The high pressure and high temperature state of the vapor refrigerant is then converted to liquid at the cond. It is designed to condense effectively the compressed refrigerant vapor.

There are basically three types of condensing unit depending on how the heat is removed by the condensing medium which is usually water, air or a combination of both.

Air-Cooled types are usually used in the residential and small offices applications. They are used in small capacity systems below 20 tons. The advantages of using this design include not having to do water piping, not necessary to have water disposal system, saving in water costs and not much scaling problems caused by the mineral content of the water. It is also easier to install and has lower initial cost. There isn't much maintenance problems. The disadvantages are that it requires higher power per ton of refrigeration, has shorter compressor life and on days when most cooling is required, the least is available.

The circulation of Air Cooled Condenser can be by natural convection or by forced convection (usually using blower or fan). Due to its limited capacity, natural convection is used in smaller applications such as freezers and refrigerators. In forced convection, air is circulated by using a fan or blower that pulls the atmospheric air through the finned coils. Internally, the refrigerant circulates through the coil and air flows across the outside of the tubes.
For Water Cooled Condenser, there are 3 types commonly being used. They are shell and tube, shell and coil, and double tube. The most commonly used is the shell and tube type and are usually available from two tons up to couple of hundred tons. This design has lower power requirements per ton of refrigeration and the compressors can last longer compared to the air-cooled type. A water cooling tower is frequently used for higher capacity application.
Evaporative type is a combination of water and air-cooled.

Except for these components, there are also some Condensing Unit needed for a refrigeration like Water Cooled Condensing UnitAir Cooled Condensing UnitAir Handling Unit, etc.

What is a Paper Tube?
Paper tubes consist of paper or paperboard sheet layers wound together to form strong, hollow, and usually cylindrical shapes. The paper layers are laminated or bonded together using adhesives. The wall thickness of the tube can vary depending on the number of layers wrapped during manufacturing. Paper tubes are also known as paper cores, paperboard tubes, paper cans, fiber drums, fiber tubes, paper tubing, wound tubes, composite cans, coreboard tubes, and cardboard tubes. While widely used everywhere, the term "cardboard tube" is a misnomer. Cardboard consists of three kraft layers with the central layer corrugated.

Paper Tube Types and Shapes
While paper tubes, paper cores and related products are all made from wound plies of paper or paperboard. Paper tubes or cores can be constructed from one, two or many plies of brown kraft paper or paperboard. The innermost layer or ply, the liner, and the outermost layer, the wrap, can consist of different materials (foil, film, etc.) or specialized paper. The specialized paper and materials can provide water resistance, graphics or labeling, or a specific color.

The two main types of paper tubes and cores include spiral wound and convolute or parallel wound paper tubes. Convolute wound tubes are used in applications requiring high bend strength, crush resistance and dynamic strength. A spiral wound tube has the paper ply or plies wrapped around at an angle to the tube's axis. In convolute tubes, the outer two edges of the paper strip are wrapped parallel or at a 90-degree angle to the tube's axis.

Paper tubes have thinner walls and are widely used as containers or packaging for products. A paper core is essentially a heavy-walled paper tube. The much thicker wall of paper cores enables their use in winding webs or sheets of flexible material into rolls in converting operations. Besides, a paper tube may require other accessories to help, such as Paper Angle BeadMedical Tape Dispenser and Paper Stick.

Excpet for paper tube, another harder material is also widely used. It is Plastic Pipe, which can be devided into many types for different materials like PE PipePVC Pipe and PP Pipe.

Indoor plumbing has been around for centuries. As many things change over the years, so has the type of pipes that maintain your plumbing. For instance, if looking at the plumbing system of older homes versus newer ones, you may find galvanized pipes in one and PVC tubing in the other. And for older homes especially, galvanized pipes are an outdated plumbing method and that should be replaced as soon as possible.

Advantages of Using Plastic Pipes
Long Life Cycle
One of the best benefits of plastic water pipes is longevity. Unlike metal pipes that rust and corrode over time, plastic pipes will not corrode, rust, or develop sediment buildup that can lead to bursting. Plastic pipes feature a longer life cycle when compared to metal lines.

Low Cost
In addition to its inability to corrode and long-lasting capability, plastic tubing also is fairly cheaper than the standard metal pipes.

Especially in recent years metal, primarily galvanized steel or copper pipe prices have skyrocketed.
Plastic piping is typically constructed with low-cost, light-weight material in a factory setting. Not to mention, it's also fairly easy to transport, thus making them cheaper to manufacture.

Energy Efficiency
When it comes to the installation of plastic tubing, PVC pipes don't need insulation which makes them far less likely to lose heat or experience unwanted heat intrusion. In addition, they're more resistant to sweltering summer temperatures or the brutal cold of the winter. This means that they don't need condensation as well.

Easy to Install
Since you don't have to worry about insulation, plastic water lines are ultra-easy to install. Typically, a plumber in Trenton, NJ will need a CPVC primer or some form of plumbing cement to glue the pipes together. And in just a few minutes, your pipes are ready to go. Similar to repairing a plastic pipe, you may need to cut out the damaged section of the pip and replace it using a few couplers, which takes no time.

dry cabinet, also called dehumidifying cabinet or dry box, is a storage solution used to protect sensitive items from excess humidity. These devices are used across many industries, but they are particularly popular for sensitive camera equipment storage. The main issue dry cabinets serve to fight is fungal growth. Cameras and camera lenses are susceptible to fungus given the right conditions – darkness and excess humidity.

Dry cabinets come in various shapes and sizes and there are different technollogies available. For example, there are Standard Dry CabinetDry Nitrogen CabinetBaking Dry CabinetOptional Configuration or even Dry Cabinet Custom-made Solutions. As opposed to it's name, a dry cabinet's purpose is not to provide an environment devoid of any humidiy, as this might actually be detrimental to the equipment encased within. Much like a cigar humidor, the dry cabinet’s job is to maintain an optimal relative humidity. Most dry boxes are equipped with a hygrometer to allow you to check the humidity level inside.

How does a dry cabinet work?
Dry boxes can be broadly divided into two categories: active and passive. A passive model utilizes a dessicant inside an airtight sealed box, and typically offers limited control over the humidity level. These boxes require no electricity to operate, but need regular dessicant changes (or reactivation for multiple-use dessicant), especially when activelly used. Therefore, a passive dry box is a good solution when power consumption is an issue, for example in an off-the-grid application. For regular home use, an active dry cabinet is generally a simpler and more effective solution.

The typical active dehumidifying cabinet is an enclosure with electronic humidity control that automatically maintains a stable relative humidity (RH) at a preset level. Simpler models usually feature a small Peltier element to condense and remove the air-bourne moisture. More advanced models operate using multi-porous molecular sieve desiccants with automatic regeneration mechanisms. Electronic Dry Cabinet is much more precise and reliable than passive models, but do require a constant power source.

Do you need a dry cabinet?
Whether or not you need a dry cabinet depends on your location, climate, gear and use patterns. Climate is generall the number one factor determining the need of such a device. If you live in a warm, humid climate like Southeast Asia or equatorial states, chances are a dehumidifying cabinet would be a wise purchase. Even the cooler temperate climate can provide enough moisture to cause trouble in the right conditions, especially in seaside areas.

Usage patterns are the second most important factor when you consider a dry cabinet for your equipment. If you constantly use your gear, day in and day out, the chances of it developing moisture related issues is minimal even in a moderately humid climate. Having the cameras out in the open, in sunlight and air, would usually suffice to prevent fungal growth in all but the most extreme cases.

On the other hand, if you find yourself storing your equipment for several months at a time, you might find a nasty surprise under a lens cap one day. The risk of fungus issues increases if you often work in wet, dewey conditions. In a humid environment, gear will accumulate moisture even if kept out of the rain. Putting away equipment in a dark, warm cabinet after such a shoot is a great way to grow some fungi.

What is the optimum humidity for camera storage?
Using a dry cabinet for camera storage is a straighforward process. The amount of work you have to do depends on the type of enclosure you are using. With an active dry box, the only thing you need to do is to set the desired humidity level and let the electronics do their work. Best humidiy level for camera storage is around 40-45%. If you are using a passive dry box, you need to add enough dessicant to keep the humidity close to these numbers.

Too dry can be almost as bad as too humid, which is why using a dry box without means of controlling the actual relative humidity inside is a bad idea. Storing your gear in an enclosure with extremely low humidity will affect rubber parts, leatherette, certain plastics, lubricants and some electronic components. Electrostatic build up is also a danger when humidity is kept too low.

Clothing is a basic necessity of life. Nobody can do without clothes. Manufacturing clothes is no longer a luxury. This is the reason the garment manufacturing industry has developed manifold. A number of machines are employed during the entire manufacturing process. Machines to help with almost all the stages are present in the market. Without doubt, there are many different types of machines for different kinds of clothes like Gown Making MachineShoe Cover Making MachineShorts Making MachineHead Cover Making MachineFace Mask MachineSleeve Cover MachineApron Making MachineGlove Making MachineBedsheet Making MachinePE Liner Making Machine, etc.

The entire procedure for garment manufacture involves spinning, weaving, dyeing and printing, and finally production of garments. Spinning is all about converting raw materials like cotton, silk, wool, and others into yarn. Weaving involves converting the yarn into fabric. The fabric needs to be dyed and printed to make textiles, and the textiles are finally stitched into garments.

In the very first stage of textile production, fibers from natural raw materials like cotton, silk, wool, and others and synthetic fibers like nylon, rayon, polyester, and others are processed to make yarn. This step is called spinning of yarn. Spinning of yarn can be done with the help of machines as well as by hand.

The next step in the production of garments is weaving of fabrics. In this stage of garment production, yarns that are spun are interlaced at right angle to form a fabric. This can be done with the help of weaving machines or looms. It holds the rows of threads tight when columns of threads are interlaced between them.

After the making of fabric from yarn, the prepared fabric needs to be dyed and printed. Only then will the cloth become ready to be stitched. Various textile printing machines are available in the market that helps in this activity. Digital textile printing machines are the most advanced of all in modern times.

Preparing garments from cloth or textiles is the next activity in the four staged manufacturing process. This can be done by stitching the pieces of cloth together by cutting them in the appropriate manner. Sewing machines are available in the market for this purpose, but human assistance will always be required to carry out this task.

Various types of textile machineries are used during the manufacture of garments. Spinning machines, machines for weaving and knitting, machines for printing, machines for dyeing, sewing machines, and various parts of machineries are available in the market. Other than these, many other textile machines can also be availed with ease.

Looms that help in weaving fibers include air-jet looms (that drives the loom with the help of air power) and water-jet looms (that drives the loom with the help of water power). Knitting machines can also be obtained in order to serve a similar purpose. Knit materials are mostly used in making T-shirts.

Similarly, various types of sewing machines are also available in the market. Computerized sewing machines are the most advanced of them all. Embroidery can also be made on the cloth with the help of machines. Used machineries can also be availed in the market. They will work fine and also be easy on the pocket.

Textile machines can easily be found in any part of the world. The best textile machines for the manufacture of clothes come from the European countries like Italy, France, and Germany. It covers all the steps of apparel manufacture. Karl Mayer is the most sought after name in the field of textile machinery.

With the passage of time, a number of technologies have also come to be integrated with these machineries. Such technologies make the machines all the more efficient. For example, 3D technology has come to be integrated with the Computer Added Design (CAD) applications. They help manufacturers to view how an intended garment will look on the individual even before it is manufactured.
